Prof. Klaus Gestwa und Dr. Laurent Coumel organisieren die Konferenz “Aquatic Histories in Transnational and Global Perspectives.” Die Konferenz findet vom 6. bis 7. Oktober 2016 in Tübingen statt. Die Konferenz wird gemeinsam von EcoGlobReg und dem Sonderforschungsbereich 923 “Bedrohte Ordnungen” ausgerichtet.
Klaus Gestwa wird als Chair das Panel “International Conventions and Conferences” leiten. Dr. Melanie Arndt wird ebenfalls einen Chair übernehmen und das Panel “Lakes: Resources and Pollution” leiten.
Laurent Coumel wird einen Vortrag halten zum Thema “On the Soviet Lakeshore. Scientific and Technical Transfers and Circulations in Lake Seliger’s Exploitation and Protection, 1960–1980s.” Raphael Schulte-Kellinghaus wird ebenfalls einen Vortrag halten, der den Titel “The Baltic Sea – Transnational Sphere of Knowledge and Interaction” trägt.

Prof. Klaus Gestwa and Dr. Laurent Coumel jointly organise the conference “Aquatic Histories in Transnational and Global Perspectives” which will take place in Tübingen on 6 and 7 October 2016. The conference is hosted both by EcoGlobReg and the Collaborate Research Cluster (CRC) 923 “Threatened Orders – Societies Under Stress.”
Klaus Gestwa will chair the panel “International Conventions and Conferences”. Dr. Melanie Arndt will chair the panel concerning “Lakes: Resources and Pollution”.
Laurent Coumel will give a talk titled “On the Soviet Lakeshore.
